APARTMENT
- To keep the Apartment and all the associated fixtures and fittings in a good state of repair.
- To allow the Managing Agent or Landlord to enter the Apartment at any reasonable time and upon reasonable prior written notice.
- Not to interfere with the mechanism or any part of your front door.
- Not to make any structural alteration to the Apartment or to the external appearance. Non-structural alterations require consent from the Freeholder, to be provided by the Managing Agent via the HEART OF HALE app.
1. To promptly repair, resolve or report any issues arising within your Apartment, including those that may impact other Apartments or residents. - To maintain all the Apartment’s dedicated safety systems and be able to evidence the same and ensure they are always fully operational. This would include but is not limited to the following:
A. Internal fire doors
B. Smoke alarm
C. Any fire suppression system - Not to damage, remove, destroy, or otherwise interfere with any of the safety prevention or compartmentalisation systems within the Apartment, the Building, or the Estate.
- To use the Apartment as a single private dwelling only.
- Not to use the Apartment for any illegal or immoral purpose or for any trade or business but to use it only for a private residential occupation.
